What is the best way to develop a robber? (Dragon Age 2)

sobsno, subject! what stats are better to pump, what skills. 1. part of the horn and the magician passed, and then looked at the horn and was confused. Of the stats, I mostly rocked dexterity and a little cunning, but here I see the cunning for the rogue is more important, in general, I'm at a loss and good advice would not hurt.

for cool daggers and armor you need 41 dexterity and 32 (or higher I don’t remember exactly) cunning.
Of the skills, the killer branch is definitely a complete branch, and then look at the style of play. who likes what.

Is it really so difficult to come up with what you need to download?

Download dexterity and cunning, cunning for locks is also needed for critical damage, dexterity for more damage and the chance of critical hit increases. Download branches where there are powerful attacking abilities and passive pluses, you will cut bosses in 5 seconds.

I rocked the cunning to 40 (to open very difficult chests to) the rest of the dexterity. Of the skills, almost the entire branch of dual weapons (except for ringing) is the entire branch of the assassin. From the branch of the shadow, only 1 skill (+ 25% damage from crit)
and the rest on the little things .. choose what you like already. True, sometimes there are not enough lives ... the daggers killed a couple of times with 1 stab in the back)))))
The stats are normally accelerated there .. 70% chance of crit and 200% crit damage. (I really started playing on average, I don't want to yet pop to tear and play tactically))))
Maybe there will be fewer stats on hard .. otherwise, with 70% critical crit, it seems incomprehensible to have skills for 100% crit .. here and so it is almost always critical.

classic: the killer is a duelist, the branches in the pumping are yellow (or orange? o_O) to the stop and then specialization, the points of characteristics are cunning and dexterity (cunning is preferable - for picking locks and crit.

At first I was swinging a pair of weapons. Not only took the last two skills (fangs and passive with bleeding). Then he pumped in the villain (red line): these are bonuses to crits + control of the course of the battle + restoration of stamina after each hit. Then he took tricks (blue branch): evasion + cover + reduction of aggression. Then he took the shadow: wild bonuses to crits + reduced aggro + copy-tank.

From the characteristics, at first I preferred dexterity, slowly pumped cunning + a couple of points in physique (so as not to die, barely getting into focus) and willpower (until I pumped the villain's branch, there were significant problems with endurance). At later levels, trick can be prioritized, because crits are dropped constantly. But in order to take normal gear, you will need a high level of dexterity.

And I have a question about the jerk skill. When at the beginning you play as Hawk the Horn, then if you throw yourself into a bunch with this skill, you will immediately kill several spawn of darkness. And then in the game itself I took this skill and pumped 2 additional skills to it, but I can't kill like that. Small damage is dealt and simply knocks them back. I can't understand what the damage from this skill depended on.

Denis_2003 enemies are torn apart, as I understand it, about crit - accordingly, cunning and dexterity must be pumped in =) In
short, we return to our rams =))))

And in general, everything is exclusively individual and depends on the style of play of a particular person. Someone prefers to blame, someone from the shadows, someone controls himself - someone hangs on tactics. You can generally create a cunning o_O

I, for example, control myself only when I have a Persian - a tank, so my horns (like the magician before) hang on tactics - and I play (run) mostly Avelin.

schweppes13 12.12.21

Heh, it's just the opposite for me) I put Avelin in the middle of the field, with two magicians I make procast, the most dangerous enemies in the disable, and I myself am already cutting circles, mowing enemies.

Duelist, in my opinion, DA2 is the most unsuitable specialization for a rogue. Half of the branch is designed to attract the enemy, albeit with a debuff. Considering that most of the rogue's skills are designed to attack in the back and attract as little attention as possible, such an ability can only help in one case: when you need to urgently distract some boss from a wounded ally and run away while the party members follow him beat.

Can a robber take up swords? And specials, in the DAO it was necessary to buy / train, how is it here?

stun the warriors

anber 12.12.21

so I know. I thought that maybe the robbers have such a skill. I just don't want to take the warriors. it turns out that the interclass combo "stun-electricity" disappears

sane13 12.12.21

It is better to take the specialization Assassin - a good specialist. And pumping cunning and dexterity is the main thing for a rogue

P
Pirozhok-san 12.12.21

Well, I have a robber with a bow, I am pumping him dexterity and cunning, as well as a line with a bow and a "Specialist" line, at level 7 I will take an assassin, and there probably is a shadow =))) I just got tired of running with daggers in the first part, and I never played with the bow, but it turns out to be cool too

Pirozhok-san
got tired of running around with daggers in the first part.

I would have played DAO for an archer, I would have understood what a misunderstanding this is. Skills are used so slowly that you dps you with more than one basic attack, the aiming mechanic is bugnut (focus potion and acceleration only slow down your shooting, and almost for a second), all bows in the game are dull shit and, moreover, they are completely devoid of runes, arrows are incredibly expensive, while that they add quite mottled damage, they are not exactly to buy, it is expensive to use them, it is better to sell them right away - there are more benefits. In general, the horns with the "Voice of Velvet" in their right hand and with the "Thorn of the Rose" in their left can laugh at the unfortunate ones who have chosen the Archery branch.
The principle of Awakening gives an imba support, which, with high dexterity, gives a very big plus to attack, damage, crit chance and crit damage, which already significantly strengthens this branch. If you put the mod to speed up the use of abilities and fix aiming bugs, then it already becomes passable to play as an archer.

In general, compared to the DAO in DA2, the horn-archers were significantly improved.

schweppes13 12.12.21

Well, yes, now they shoot like a machine gun, the quiver has been removed, the arrows have been completely abolished)

s
spellcustomer 12.12.21

"killer" + "duelist" as for me is better to pump, "shadow" is almost useless in terms of damage
