Is there a way to fix this problem? You can, of course, choose other dialogue options, but why then bother with Aksiy, if I don't really use it in battle?

I solved this problem. There are 5 skills in the axiy column, you simply select deception and drag it to the column on the right.

in the skills of aksiy there are several cells (4) the very first is Deception - 3 levels, you need to drag it where active (mutagen where else) and everything works
