Gems (Dota 2)

How to remove gems from items in Reborn. When previewing an item, this function is there, but it does not work, and the hammer for pulling gems does not work (but it is).
I want to sell an item and a rune separately. After all, the item itself costs 0.64r, and the gem (kinetic) costs 6.76r.
