During the entire time of the game, I essentially do not kill anyone, but I do everything on purpose so that I can then evacuate with a Fulton. I also evacuate animals, but the bear just didn’t get it - he didn’t fall asleep with sleeping pills and flooded me. It turns out I kind of work for the base - after all, according to the plot, we are building a home-sweet-home and so that it would be in Feng Shui, I check specialists with skills with binoculars and, accordingly, put them to sleep with a pistol. By the 10th mission, this is already fed up.)Questions
1) Is there any point at all to gather people to the base, pump it, develop it, or can you score on this matter if I am not going to use the network component of the game?
2) does it make sense to focus on the collection of herbs, animals? or just collect on the principle of "got a friend - took away".
3) What is the profit not to kill, but to knock out soldiers, except for moral?
4) does it make sense to knock out the "colonels" and other "status"
5) side missions appear with different numbers, i.e. do not go sequentially 1.2.3. and 1, 40, 150, 40 - is this randomness?

It is advisable to evacuate only suitable soldiers, because then many will have to be fired. The better the soldier, the faster the development of units grows, thus with each level you get new weapons, buns, etc.
In general, the better you find people in terms of skills, you will be able to make more advanced weapons and equipment, like a full teleport and a tranquilizer with an endless silencer. The bear is quite difficult to defeat, so you shouldn't just go for it. Collecting herbs and animals is how you want, but it is better to collect herbs as they are needed for crafting. About why missions appear with random numbers xs, but some side effects affect the game.
