Radio problem (Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas)

I know this question has already been, but I did not find an answer only how to download another game. The problem is that I listen to the radio and once it stops talking, I turn it back and forth, it works and stops talking, sometimes songs come across, but very rarely, I downloaded the patch of the original 1.1 GB file and replaced the weight of the game, and the radio is still the same. Maybe there is where a torrent with a normal radio is not 1.1 GB to download and reinstall is not an option.
