DLC unlock (Spintires)

Now the Spintires page is not available in Steam, so neither the game nor the dopa can be bought. I recently had a key. I have the game, but what about the add-ons? I just tried to put all the dopas in the game folder. Some of them picked up, some did not. And no matter how I tried, I can’t change anything. Tried different Cream_api settings. The game does not see some additions and that's it. Maybe someone knows what is the reason? Why do some get picked up without anything, while others do nothing at all?
