Soapy graphics at maximum graphics settings (Cyberpunk 2077)

Hello. I have soap in my game and not graphics when I'm far from something. Pixel shadows are very visible. Maximum settings without RT. RX6600 8gb video card. Some have pixelated hair too. Mods don't help. If anyone knows something or can help, I will be very grateful because I have not found a solution.
