Actually, 3 years ago, it was officially announced (in pg meaning) that the iron maiden was rebalanced, here's the patch for you.

Last year I checked that the damage in LOD was cut 4 times. I didn't measure it on the cell, but it feels like you also take less yourself.

A guide from an old man versed in necromancers ...
1. Merck is an archer from the first act. We dress the bramble 21 to the thorns + the bow 15 to the thorns = 36 lvl thorns = 1650% of the returned damage. Any hat - for survivability, you can gas bered (non etx ofc).
2. Skills - since the task is to kill with a curse, then we do not swing skeletons (although the thorns will work much more efficiently with them) - we swing the golem of the craftsman and the poop. We throw HELL on the mobs, of course, don't need a girl - let's compare on the phalene.
Thorns vs Iron Girl.
Spikes - as we have already calculated, give us 1650% of the returned damage + we hang up HELL, which increases the damage even more.
Let's say we pumped the girl up to 50, which gives us 1425% of the returned damage and we can no longer increase anything.
In numbers:
Kachek Phalen beats our golem for 100 hp dmg and gets
spikes: 100 * 1.5 * 17.5 = 2625
girl: 100 * 0.5 * 15.25 = 762.5
The difference is obvious
And now the most interesting thing - let's say Phalene is not simple and the gold one and it hangs HELL on our golem (which happens quite often, you will agree) and beats no longer at 100hp, but, say, at 200 (which is also not the ultimate dream) !!!, then he gets in the return:
200 * 2 (hell on the golem) * 1.5 (hell on the phalene) * 17.5 = 10500.
