Game endings (ZombiU)

For those who have not completed the game, do not read.
Spoiler Somewhere in the topics I read that there are three endings. But on youtube I could only find one ending, as I myself went through the game with the same ending. "Alive" after my escape finds a new survivor, and I fly away in a helicopter. Are there really three endings, or is it one?
After all, there is nothing in the game that could influence the choice of a particular situation.
