Pyrrhic Victory (Mount Blade 2: Bannerlord)

Good afternoon, kings and lords.

How to win a battle between two armies without losing as many soldiers as the enemy? Even in the presence of a numerical superiority.

For it turns out. that with an army of 1k you are fighting an army of 700 and there are no more than 300-400 soldiers left. It turns out that there is a 1d1 exchange, and I (the hero) personally endure several dozen enemies. This means that the effectiveness of my army is even lower.
And this is with full pumping.

What orders should be given on the battlefield in order to effectively attack?

game is still being finalized, maybe they will deal with this issue.
Wasn't that the case in the first version?

I didn’t play in the Bath Lord, but according to the experience of Warband and others like him, the “rock-paper-scissors” scheme (that is, infantry-cavalry-archers) usually worked, although knights / squads / Mamelukes always endured a superior enemy with minimal losses )
