This is more of a question than a problem. Banners that give buffs drop from mobs, do they stack? If so, what is the limit? The answer to this is nowhere to be found, but because of their large number it jams.
Sofia_Kn buff does not stack if you mean the same banners however if you put a lot of different banners then the buff will be on all the specified mobs
