Departures, refuses to launch (Europa Universalis 4)

Good day! The problem is that: The game does not load periodically (The picture says that it loads and minimizes without error). Even if it loads, then there are crashes in the game (also without error), for example (once at a time it is not necessary) I declared war and occupied the enemy and his ally! I take provinces from him (all or even on the 1st) crashes (not with all). Also, there are departures on a certain date and I canâ€™t do anything! Mods: Etrus (This mod is a mixture of Russifier and ExtendedTimeline)!

I also have crashes with this MO house, but judging by myself: If you played the Etrus mod troubles (played with the usual crack) and the game did not crash, and after installing the mod, it began to crash, then .... You understand. The mod is still in development, so .... yes.
