Van Helsing: Kill the Helsing Demon. Who is this and where can I find it?

The demon is a flying creature. Helsing is a multi-barreled crossbow (the only weapon that uses arrows), you can buy or find it, there should be no problems with obtaining it. The place where you can definitely get the achievement without any problems is the Dead City, one of the rooftops. There is a demon's nest and he lands to protect him.
