trick is that we can hear various sounds near certain houses. If you walk around Libetri. then you can hear a lot of interesting things.

There are tons of houses and other objects that make sounds.

Example number of times:

- Mission, where we drive up to pick up Misty and take to Joey. We drive up to the house and signal. Here, near this very house, we can hear club music.

I figured out exactly who is laughing: laughing ... doctors! And only when they leave their "ambulance".

The easiest way to achieve this: (with cheats to make it faster)
1) We kill a couple of passers-by
2) If cops are caught in the vicinity, we kill from the M16 so that something tore off and write a cheat for 0 stars
3) We are waiting for the medic to cure the pedestrians
4) Wait while the medic sits inside the ambulance station
5) We kill a passer-by from ak47 and listen to what the medic will publish when he comes out.
If not neighing, we repeat from the 3rd point.
