The same thing! The offline game starts and works, but it does not want to enter the online mode. How to solve the problem?

So. I searched on the Internet how to fix this problem. Here's what I found (it didn't help me personally)
General recommendations for solving the APPCRASH

problem ), reboot.
2. For Windows Vista, 7 and 7 SP1 - download and install this patch http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2541119/en
3. Install the packages:
DirectX (we recommend downloading the full distribution and installing from it) .
RuntimePack
.NET Framework
Microsoft XNA Framework
4. Update drivers, and for NVIDIA video cards, install PhysX additionally.
5. Exclude Cyrillic characters and spaces from the path to the game folder, etc.:
not correct - C
:Gamesgame_name correct - C:Gamesgame_name
6. Try different compatibility modes in the properties of the game launch shortcut (check Vista, XP SP2, XP SP3 modes).
7. In the properties of the shortcut on the "Compatibility" tab, check the "Run this program as an Administrator" checkbox.
8. If it doesn't help, add the executable file to the DEP exclusion list. Or completely disable DEP:
Start --> in the cmd search bar --> RMB Run as Administrator --> in the window that opens:
bcdedit.exe / set {current} nx AlwaysOff
Reboot.

Alleluia worked and passed the mission with the murder, the solution for me was to set the monitor resolution to 1280 * 1024 and only then the game started

I understand!!!
delete files:
C: Windows System32 d3dx9_43.dll
C: Windows System32 D3DCompiler_43.dll
and reinstall DirectX 9.0c update (http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx? id=35)

The only thing that helped me was reinstalling the operating system. After that I rolled up the game and everything went without problems.
