FPS problem (pirate) (God of War (2018))

When playing, there are noticeable fps drops, on average, at high fps with ultra textures, in the region of 70-80, but in some moments (look at any separate piece of the location), the fps drops to 50-55, it was especially noticeable when the first battle (at the end of which Kratos twisted his neck to someone), at first everything is fine, but if you turn the camera a little to the left, then there is a drawdown immediately to 45-48, card 6600xt, ryzen 3600 processor, 16gb RAM with two bars 3200MHz + game stands on m2 samsung 860 evo, checked on the latest stable and on the latest optional drivers, I didn’t notice the difference, I guess it’s just a patch to wait?

I am aware of the pain when playing at 20 FPS, I played GTA online like this, not only at absolutely low, but also with shadows turned off through the text config, and then there is a port with 4 curling irons, in which the video chip is much worse than the conditional 1060, if not 1050, so it’s not those who have the game that must go smoothly, but the Sony who want 3k for it

The same problem, fps is around 50, but if you pull the camera "in the wrong place" there is a sharp drawdown of up to 15 fps.

It seems that a couple of PCs forgets that the game needs priority, and not a calculator, for example. I also think that full hd may have solved the problem, but not exactly.
