I find models like these, only they are invisible, there are no textures, and they have the names "red coat" "synth 1st generation" and I can't figure out which mod I messed up with, maybe DLS? Does anyone know what mod adds them or what DLS they are from?

They are definitely not in off.DLC. Look for mods, you can look in FO4Edit
Before that, I had a similar problem with crafting, after installing Crafting Workbenches and AWKCR, craft grenades appeared in the crafting menu, medicines, but I couldn’t craft anything, although there were components in the spawn, but they were also invisible (textureless) it turned out that it was necessary to install more and Wasteland Imports so that everything would work, so I think, maybe someone knows what else needs to be loaded))

You can try this:
Disable mods one at a time in the plugins.txt file, preferably from the bottom up.
And see if the model data is gone. It is advisable to make backup copies of your saves.
