Quest bug for melting Calida's armor (Expeditions: Rome)

I can't get through. the quest to melt the armor of Kalida, when parsing it on the PCM, materials are added and crafting is possible, but the quest still hangs at the melting point. And even if you melt it (Once it happened somehow), then the quest will also stop on crafting armor.
Who knows how to solve this bug?
