Magic Crystals - BAG (Empire of Ember)

I can't find crystals for learning spells anywhere. But it seems like they are given for leveling up.
I'm already level 12, but there are no crystals.
Is there another way to get the crystal? Start from the beginning? I don't want to run through the same dungeons again
