low read\\write\\copy speed Asrock

I encountered such a problem that on the Asrock b560 pro4 board with a 10400f processor, when overclocking the memory, the speed of reading, writing and copying remains low.
RAM: A-Data XPG SPECTRIX D50 RGB [AX4U32008G16A-DT50]
3200 17 19 19 38 sr1 read speed 37418
3600 19 23 23 43 sr2 speed 39203
at 4000 19 23 23 43 sr2 read speed about 43k

What could be the problem?

Bios may need to be updated? A-date has rather high timings at low frequencies, I would not take such a memory.

because it's corn frequencies. there are timings and there is the speed of the processor controller. for this reason, there will be no linear growth.

You raise the frequencies and at the same time raise the timings. Of course there will be no growth. After all, timing shows how many cycles this or that operation lasts. And as a result, the increase is almost zero.
