Camera Problem (Mass Effect Legendary Edition)

I downloaded the game (repack), I go into the game and I have low fps + when they give me control of the shepard, the camera immediately starts spinning to the left side, if you put it in the settings (camera - left-handed), the camera does not spin, but the shepard runs to the left by itself, low FPS accompanies all this. And by the way, if you hold down the spacebar, the FPS is a little better, with what this is connected is not clear. The cursor in the menu is also visible only by pressing the spacebar

Has anyone encountered a similar one? maybe something is wrong with my pc? this is the second repack and all the same bugs
