Dinosaurs are dying (Jurassic World Evolution)

Good people, tell me, I’m doing the task of Claire (No. 2 Paleobotany) the main condition for the whole island in general is that not one dinosaur dies, but from 1 to 2 dinosaurs die, just because of their age they lived longer than expected and there were no problems with food or water and it’s the same with diseases, when a dinosaur dies, a message appears that either load the save or reload the island, I did this and that, went through everything again, but still at least one dinosaur dies of old age, applied paleobotany, watched what anyone can there is, it's still useless, can someone tell me something ?!
