Do I need to turn off the program (Battlefield 4)

Good day! The question is this: I have a Bloody mouse with a very, very fast click mode set to one of the buttons, which I am not going to use in the game and this is not about that. For the settings of this mouse (dpi, key assignment, etc.), the program is constantly open. The bottom line is: is it necessary to close it when entering the server? Does punkbuster, firefight or anyone else think this is a cheat program?

Open the program and in the upper right corner, click on the icon with the joystick, that's all))) the "button" will work, and your Bloody will not be perceived as "cheating"!!!
