Problems with mods (Euro Truck Simulator 2)

I manually created a folder in documents, put mods in it, but the game doesn't want to see them, what should I do?

If you have everything done as in the screenshots, then your next steps!
Note: The game only reads files - scs and archives - zip
1. Start the game
2. If a new profile is started.
In the profile creation window at the top left there is the "Modifications" icon, click on it and get into the "Manager" in which you activate your mods using the arrows and do not forget to click "Apply" at the very bottom of the window
2. In the profile selection window on the right there is an inscription " Modifications", click on it and get into the "Manager", then as described above.

Painkiller128, such a question: why "created manually"? After installation, the game itself creates the desired folder in the desired path.
