Windows and Windows 10

I have a question. Maybe I did something wrong. Updated to 10 windows. It seems to have set everything up for itself, but the following is annoying. When opening "My Computer" or any folder, "window" randomly pops up anywhere on the desktop. That is, maybe in the center, maybe closer to the left side, right, as she pleases. On windows 8.1, if I dragged the "window" exactly to the center, the next time I open it, it will also open in the center. Is it possible on windows 10 like this? Or is this a "feature"?
