Map Issue (Batman: Arkham Knight)

Listen, I have this problem: when viewing the map on Tab, it simply does not exist. There are quest markers, but no map itself. And in the detective mode, the characters are not displayed. When you enter the mode, they disappear, when you exit it, they appear. Please help if you can.
