I can't complete the mission due to a glitch (Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas)

Mission 4 dragons, where you need to drive a car with a man tied on it.
The essence of the glitch is this, an unmissable cutscene is shown where the car cannot leave the garage, because the gate is not open and stupidly burns the tires.
Maybe someone faced such a problem?

San Andreas + car + garage + cutscene = *obscene language*
This bug can occur in any cutscene where the car is supposed to move.
And this bug has always been treated, with constant downloads and replay of what has been passed (if this is the end of the mission), and as you understand the beginning, so just try to start.
If someone knows a better option, I hope you can help.

Actually a very old problem, so the game breaks due to the use of some cheats.
If my memory serves me, of course. We'll have to replay without cheating, otherwise nothing.
