Minimizes to Tray (Need for Speed: Underground 2)

there is a 60 GB ssd, amd radeon 7700 1 GB, 8 GB of RAM, 3.2 Hz quad-core Athlone, 7ka 64 bits.
5 minutes does not pass, as it automatically minimizes itself to the desktop, does not freeze, works in minimized mode, what should I do?
