Different oil! [there is a solution] (Minecraft)

Faced such a problem that on the map, the oil is different than in cheat mode! That is, I cannot use it, because. the refinery does not want to process it, and when you pour it in, say, from a bucket taken from the cheat mode, it works quietly. Also, I can't pour oil from a bucket taken from the cheat mode into a tank half-filled with oil taken from the map!
What is this bug and how to deal with it???
