Foundation Problem (The Sims 4)

Updated Windows from x32 to x64, installed the game. During the construction, a problem arose, as I understood - the foundation crawls out and cannot be lowered underground, the slider does not move below, now the foundation is always visible. When you build the 2nd floor, you can see that the walls of the 1st floor run into the walls of the 2nd.
I reinstalled the game, and removed the mods folder, etc. How can you try to fix this?
