MK X:Mobile Faction War (Mortal Kombat X)

Hello everyone, and so I have such a problem, I started playing mkx and I wanted to play in the faction war. But I can't do it, it says "No network connection". Although I have the Internet, and the call from Liu Kang is working. Help!
