Why does the game launch through Steam? (Euro Truck Simulator)

I'm trying to download the game, downloaded. I'm trying to launch the game, but the Steam tab opens, which offers to buy the game for 150 rubles. I'm trying to download through other sites, but the torrent file is the same. Please help with the problem.
