An issue with quest markers on the map. (Dying Light)

Hello dear forum users. Played Ding Light normally for two weeks, while on a mission to deliver runner tissue to Dr. Zera. I put marks on the map, I didn’t go into any add-on before (Hellraid is a problematic addon at the moment). A mark has appeared that does not lead to Dr. Zera, but to this supplement. To hell with it, I decided to go in, try to get through, mb and disappear. No, it's not gone. I changed the task in the list of tasks, but the mark still leads to this addition. How to be?
