New Game + (Elden Ring)

Is the map saved with NG+, or is it all open again? How serious are mobs getting? Does loot from bosses also app, or do they have the same shitty dependencies on attributes (D, C, E)?

What's the point of leaving it open? it makes no sense to leave bonfires because the whole passage disappears and you can immediately go to the bosses, and the loks will be left so you will be confused where you have already been and where you havenâ€™t ...
