Problem with \"Night Runners\" quest (Dying Light 2: Stay Human)

At the stage of the quest where you need to talk to Frank, the quest breaks. There is no way to interact with Frank other than "please wait".

I've tried doing other quests, sleeping through the nights in bed, but nothing seems to help.

I went to extreme measures by downloading the developer menu mod, however, a fiasco awaited here, because for the EGS version of the game on 03/06/2022 this mod remains empty in the game, and if you still load the files of the game version inside the mod, you can’t load your save, swears that the versions of the game and saves are not compatible.
