LT and RT not working on gamepad (Elden Ring)

Hello, I started playing this game, connected the Xbox360 gamepad, and now a very significant problem has appeared.
When you press the right / left trigger of the gamepad, the camera is simply blocked. I tried to change it in the settings and realized that the game simply does not determine these keys, and does not allow them to be assigned.
Has anyone encountered this problem, and how did you solve it? And then without the use of skills (the ashes of war) and a power attack, somehow it’s not very pleasant to live.
