End game credits not loading, can't start NG+ (Elden Ring)

Spoiler I chose Rennie's ending, summoned her, the splash screen went on, then the credits were supposed to go on, but they didn't, I was thrown into a location with the last boss where I could summon Rennie, there were no sounds, I could only repair the Elden ring, but this is a different ending. I moved to the throne of Elden, and now I cannot enter the tree again. I wanted to start NG +, but apparently this is now also not possible. I don't have any other saves, does anyone have any ideas? Or someone solved this bug?
