Oh, well, why is it not clear there?, Butcher, aka Williams, he was called that by James Matt, Butcher made friends with Waltz in order to pump his fighters, but Waltz "took over" control over some of the fighters. James Matt told everyone so that his power would not be taken away and people would not be hung for past tricks ... Although the Butcher did not understand what he was doing, his fighters are clearly scumbags.
