Location Starry Wastes (Elden Ring)

Reached the location of the Starry Wastes. The whole game went well, everything was in balance. As soon as I came here, all the mobs immediately one-shot me, and I myself even kill dead dogs with 3 blows. IS THIS location out of balance or do you need to come to it later?

This zone is level 60+, turn back, explore later;)
"Locations not in balance" are not here, they are simply sharpened for different levels.
