Cars are jumping, which makes it impossible to drive. (Grand Theft Auto 5)

I downloaded the torrent version of GTA, which I have been experimenting with for a very long time, but this is the first time for me. As soon as you get into the car, you pass just a little bit and the car jumps sharply and turns over in the sky. As soon as it lands, it immediately pushes off the ground like a jumping jack. This happens both with cars from the game and with mod cars. Already tried everything. Please help solve this problem🙏
