Tesla carbine with legendary property (Fallout 4)

I once got a Shish Kebab with electric damage. After a while, I thought: â€œCan a plasma-infused Tesla Carbine drop? Just imagine this beauty: Green lightning that turns enemies into slime! Most likely yes, but I wonder: Has anyone dropped a Tesla Carbine from legendary enemies? And with what property?

Dropped 2 pieces: with extra. damage to limbs and with a double bullet (double damage), although the damage at maximum pumping is only 336 units. (there are no perks for this barrel).
