Game crash due to AMD drivers (Elden Ring)

Tell me who knows how to solve the problem with firewood from AMD, I have already been pulled up by crashes in pvp and not only, and when this happens, a window pops up in which it says "the driver's response timeout has been exceeded".
I have already reinstalled the drivers several times and all the same, the difference was only in the frequency of crashes and that is not very large
. Radeon rx 5500 xt 4gb video card.

Uninstall the driver completely via display driver uninstaller, and install an older or newer one depending on which one you have now.
