NPC teleportation (Elden Ring)

Good afternoon!
There was a problem, Blyde disappeared at the beginning of Rennie's quest (i.e. there is a barrier, I can neither go nor teleport anywhere), and you need to talk with Blyde. But he simply is not in his place, nor anywhere in the district of the barrier. Therefore, there was a need to teleport him to me. Does anyone know if there is a way to do this through the game files?

Inside the tower, run around the floors, there should be three whitish ghosts, the magician Sirius, Blyde, the Giant. You will talk to all three, then again with Rennie and then the barrier will fall down.
