Problem installing mods (Wrye bash) (The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim)

I come here with a problem, the installer sees, downloads, but it is not in the list of installed and ready mods, but it does not disappear from the installer list.
What can be done about it?
PS Only some mods don't work that way.
