Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SOFTWARE \ Policies \ Microsoft \ Windows \

Create a DWORD 32 bits called AllowGameDVR and set to 0 ( in GameDVR create a 32 bit DWORD called AllowGameDVR)
Then restart the computer.
