Gamepad not working (Pro Evolution Soccer 2015)

In general, he bought a disc, he downloaded the game for me through the Steam store, there is no shortcut "settings" where you can change the "keyboard" to a joystick. What should I do? In the game itself, the keyboard cannot be changed to a joystick !!! How to solve this dilemma???
