maybe you have some kind of mod, for vampires or guards, or for Downguards, that they all started balaking in English. DLS is in Russian, so you put something superfluous once it famously happened

if the game and DLS are licensed, then check that the Russian language is set in the Steam settings for this game and ask him to check the files.
If the DLC is pirated, then you have English ones, look for Russian ones...
