Wrote to support, here is the solution:
1. Call Porsche.
2. Skip time until the evening.
3. Approach the Beast without taking your eyes off the car. Finish the conversation still looking at the car.
4. The car will disappear for a moment and reappear. This will allow the quest to continue.
