GTS250 is better than 4850 by 4-5% without overclocking, with overclocking of video cards by the same amount, 4850 becomes approximately better.

There are 2 things you can do in connection with this:
1) Replace the cooler on the processor. Coolermaster Hyper 212+ , Ice Hamer 4300B , 4350B , 4400A or 4400B , 4401 , 4405 , Thermaltake big typhoon.
