What rooms on the base, besides the infirmary and the Battle Gear hangar, can be entered.

I will answer the second question, you cannot enter any other premises. Only if you use mods to enter the rooms where the cutscenes were.

just strange that there are many closed doors with red illumination and a characteristic sound of closed access, i. it is understood that you can go there, find a key card like in the past parts of the series, or after any mission get access, like in the same medbay and Battle Gear hangar.
In general, of course, it’s sad that in this part there are no full-fledged closed locations for high-quality level design, with a bunch of cameras, closed rooms, a bunch of different moves, traps, security, etc.
